Why share these lists? Though open to the accusation of nerdish narcissism I have decided to share these lists because I find it interesting knowing what other people are reading or have read, and often someone’ s choice of book can spark brilliant and interesting conversations. Often scoffed at as a geek thing to do, I enjoy looking back and remembering what I was reading and where various interests have taken me. I keep a record of the books that I read (excluding poetry) each year.
